THE CANDLE: FROM FUNCTIONALITY TO DESIGN
Cerabella invites you to deepen into the world of candles as part of the commemoration of its 160th anniversary.
On June 9th, during the annual event on design, creativity and innovation of the Barcelona Design Week (BDW), Cerabella organizes in collaboration with the Museu del Disseny de Barcelona the event The candle: from functionality to design with the aim of putting in value the candlemaking and the relationship between this craft and design .
The event will be a journey that will take us from the origins of candles to modernity and that will help us to understand how a change of direction managed to perpetuate a centuries-old craft thanks to the combination of tradition and craftmanship with creativity, innovation and design.
